Zagrebacka Banka has already obtained the approval of the Agency for Banking of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina for the purchase of a significant amount of 50-100% of the bank's voting share and sought the consent of the Croatian National Bank. Universal Banka was established in 1993 and is one of the leading banks in the BH Federation. Since its establishment, the bank has acquired a good reputation and an important market share in the Federation, especially in transactions with legal entities.
