ZAGREB, Jan 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Constitutional Court at Thursday's session passed a decision which confirms that the parliamentary elections, held on January 3 and 16, were conducted in line with the Croatian Constitution and the
Law on the election of representatives to the Croatian National Sabor, the Constitutional Court said in a statement. The Court passed the decision after it overruled the last complaint lodged by president of the Croatian Party of Rights 1861 Dobroslav Paraga about the implementation of the parliamentary elections. The deadline for lodging complaints expired midnight Wednesday. The Constitutional Court forwarded its decision to the National Electoral Commission.(hina) it
