ZAGREB, Oct 24 (Hina) - All Croatian parliamentary benches on Wednesday endorsed a Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) bill on changes to the Law on Public Communication and the adoption of conclusions binding the government to
suggest a new, integral bill within 90 days. The new law would be called a law on public information, because the parliament believes the term information has a much wider meaning than the term communication. The parliament today also discussed a final bill on the management of public cultural institutions, which, Culture Minister Antun Vujic said, enables the decentralisation of cultural institutions and their autonomy.(hina) sb rml
