Parliament Speaker Zlatko Tomcic informed the parliament about
yesterday's conclusions of the Parliament Presidency, which
requested that the Government voice its stand on statements made by
Public Works Minister Radimir Cacic.
Commenting on insults Croatian Christian Democratic Union (HKDU)
president and MP Anto Kovacevic levelled at MP Vesna Pusic of the
Croatian People's Party (HNS), Cacic said the case had unmasked a
large number of parliamentary deputies as people who lacked the
nerve and integrity to oppose such rude behaviour.
The session resumed with a debate on a proposal by the Croatian
Social Liberal Party (HSLS) on changes to the Law on Public
Information binding the media to make their ownership structure
public.
