A part of the Croatian media cited the AFP news agency in saying that
on behalf of the presidents of five Western Balkan countries --
Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia, Yugoslavia and Albania -- Trajkovski
had sent a letter to the Danish presidency of the EU, seeking
support for the countries' integration into the Union.
"This is a misinformation. In Brussels Trajkovski only announced he
would send the letter," Jakic told Hina.
Jakic also dismissed media interpretations according to which the
initiative of the five presidents meant that Croatia was consenting
to joining the EU in a package.
