tomorrow's session. #L#
At the beginning of the week, a final bill on the community service
was presented to the public as drawn up by the Justice Ministry. The
draft envisaged the equalising of the community and military
services to six months both. However, two competent ministries
opposed the bill -- the defence, and labour and social welfare
ministries, stressing that the community service should be longer
than the regular military service.
The government will on Thursday also discuss a bill on the Croatian
Radio and Television and bill of amendments to the Law on the Rights
of State Officials, and to the Law on the Salaries of Judges and
Other Judicial Officials.
The government will also discuss amendments to the Law on Capital
Transfer Tax.
