ZAGREB, Sept 30 (Hina) - The minimum costs of living of a four-member Croatian family in September were 0.55 percent higher than in August, the Independent Croatian Unions (NHS) said on Monday.

The biggest increase, of 1.99 percent, was recorded in Zagreb,
Osijek follows with 1.26, Rijeka with 1.24, Split with 1.22 and
Dubrovnik with 1.09 percent.
Living continues to be most expensive in Bol, where monthly minimum
costs for food, hygiene, clothing, housing, transport,
and cultural activities were 7.595 kuna (EUR1,044).
These costs in Zagreb were 6,635 kuna.
The NHS basket did not include the costs of education, health,
vacationing, and sports activities, and assumed that the four-
member family did not have a car.
