The Catholic press agency KTA reported today that Grubesic, who
heads St. Joseph's parish in Zenica, issued a statement saying that
during meetings with Catholic inmates he had received information
that most of them were intimidated because they represented the
minority in prison.
The inmates told Grubesic they were particularly afraid of inmates
from Arab countries.
Rev. Grubesic talked with prison officials who promised to take
measures to improve prison conditions, including the inmates'
security, KTA reports.
