"I spoke to Joras. For now he is in a good condition and I hope that
all will be well," Ristic told journalists after the visit.
Jozko Joras is a Slovene citizen who denies Croatia's sovereignty
in the Istrian village of Mlini near Buje where he lives. He was
taken into custody for not paying fines relating to customs and
seven other violations dating back to 1999. Because he ignored to
pay these fines, Joras was taken into custody to serve a 30-day
prison sentence.
