ventures every two months. #L#
Racan announced the new government would launch some new reforms
which, he said, he was aware it would not be able to finish within
its term in office.
He said these reforms would refer to state administration, the
judiciary, and the science and education sectors. Racan accepted to
have this issue be the test of his new cabinet's success or
failure.
Racan promised he would submit to parliament very soon a state
administration reform and a concept for the new government. He
advocated a strict reform in state administration.
Racan concluded by saying the new government would continue working
with optimism. He was confident his new cabinet would have
something to be proud of at the end of its mandate.
