The session, as usual, commenced with a discussion on the agenda
which has a few items, besides the motion for the vote of confidence
in the government.
One of the items is a constitutional bill on national minorities'
rights.
Several parliamentary benches, such as the benches of the HDZ
(Croatian Democratic Union), HSP (Croatian Party of Rights), IDS
(Istrian Democratic Assembly), DC (Democratic Centre) and some
other parties, were against the urgent procedure for the adoption
of the said constitutional bill.
