a statement.#L#
A day earlier the Trial Chamber approved the withdrawal of the
indictment for war crimes committed in the Karantern camp near the
north-western Bosnian town of Prijedor.
After revising the indictment against Nenad Banovic and his brother
Predrag, at the end of last month the ICTY Prosecution assessed
evidence against Banovic as insufficient and demanded the
withdrawal of the indictment.
The Banovic brothers were arrested and transferred to the Hague-
based tribunal on November 8, 2001.
