ZAGREB, Feb 12 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Tuesday expressed satisfaction with the start of the trial against former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic before the international war crimes tribunal, and pointed out its own
contribution to the preparation of the indictment against him. "The Government of the Republic of Croatia voices its satisfaction with the start of the trial against Slobodan Milosevic before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed during aggressions on Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as in Kosovo," the government's Public Relations service said in a statement on Tuesday. with the start of the trial against Slobodan Milosevic before the
International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY)
for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide committed
during aggressions on Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as in

The Croatian government provided great help in preparing the
indictment against Milosevic for crimes committed during the Serb

"The Hague prosecution was sent 1,060 documents, more than 100
audio and video tapes, and a great number of analyses, minutes and
other material, with 60 potential witnesses open for talks," the
statement reads.
