Prime Minister Ivica Racan on Monday held final talks on the reorganisation of the army with President Stjepan Mesic who, as the commander-in-chief, is expected to attend tomorrow's government session. The government's intention is for the legislative framework of the reform to be passed by the parliament by the end of March, so that the reorganisation of the army could be started sooner.
