town of Vukovar.

The religious rites gathered some 300 persons, mostly members of
the families of dead Serbs.
Wreaths were laid by delegations of the Joint Council of
Municipalities (populated by ethnic Serbs), the Independent
Democratic Serb Party (SDSS), an association of Serb victims from
the war, and by representatives of local villages and towns where
Serbs make up the majority of the population.
