crimes against prisoners of war, Sibenik police said in a statement.

A criminal investigation has revealed that as a member of Yugoslav
People's Army reserve forces, he physically abused and inhumanely
treated two Croatian National Guard prisoners and one civilian
prisoner in Gracac near Skradin on October 4, 1991.
The three were captured that day by a group of Serb reservists led by
the suspect, whose identity was not revealed. The next day they were
taken to prison in Knin, where they were held until November 2,
1991, when they were exchanged in Zitnic.
