Tuesday received a delegation of the federation of associations of
civilian victims of the Homeland Defence War. #L#
Mesic spoke about the importance of enabling children, who had
suffered serious wounds or lost their parents in the war, to live a
normal life.
The federation's head, Julijana Rosandic, complained that the
civilian victims had been treated in the past 12 years as "second-
class victims".
It was said that the relevant ministry had not given a penny for
wreath-laying ceremonies commemorating the 306 children killed in
the war.
