The conference, organised by the Office of the High Representative

Implementation Council in Bosnia and other countries, including
Deputy High Representative Bernard Fassier, who is in charge of the
OHR legal affairs department, the U.S. ambassador in charge of war
crimes, Pierre Richard Prosper, and ICTY president Theodor Meron.
The establishment of the war crimes department and its work in the
next five years requires a sum of 28 million euro, and Washington
has expressed willingness to secure one third of the funds.
