approved a Regional Action Programme for 2003 to reinforce the
regional cooperation between Western Balkan countries, the

The statement said that the Regional Action Plan for 2003 was
approved in order to advance regional cooperation between Albania,
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro and
Macedonia.
The programme, funded under the CARDS programme, will have a total
budget of EUR31.5 million.
