The incident occurred in the village of Luga, not far from Peci. An
Albanian man and his sister-in-law were killed while three minors
were injured.
The UN police's spokesman referred to the crime as brutal. There
were no witnesses and the motive for the crime is unknown the
spokesman added. An investigation is under way.
