PRISTINA, April 9 (Hina) - Dissatisfied with the transfer of some authorities from the U.N. Mission in Kosovo to Kosovo institutions and local self-government, Kosovo Serbs organised a protest rally in Gracanica Wednesday.

The president of the Serb National Council for northern Kosovo,
Milan Ivanovic, spoke to the protesters as did a Kosovo MP, Rada
Trajkovic. They warned that they resolutely opposed the transfer of
authority to Kosovo institutions and Serbs should establish their
own institutions.
Representatives of the Serb "Povratak" coalition, stated that
their future participation in the Kosovo parliament was
questionable and that some ministers could step down.
