PRISTINA, APRIL 4 (Hina) - Kosovo Premier Bajram Rexhepi on Friday voiced concern with the fact that the admission of Serbia and Montenegro to the Council of Europe could encourage Belgrade to persist "in the destructive policy
towards Kosovo".

Rexhepi said this in a letter to the president of the Council of
Europe's Parliamentary Assembly Peter Achieder forwarded on Friday
evening.
Kosovo's premier said that the admission of Serbia and Montenegro
to the Council of Europe was not binding Kosovo to anything.
"Kosovo institutions strongly advocate Kosovo's admission to the
Council of Europe," Rexhepi said in a letter.
