"As a precautionary measure, police have intensified passenger and
vehicle control on crossings along the border with Serbia and
Montenegro," interior ministry spokeswoman Zinka Bardic said.
The Zagreb Interpol office has "established contact with and
offered help" to the Interpol office in Belgrade, which so far has
made no requests towards the Croatian police, Bardic said.
