"Small countries such as Croatia are exposed to great pressure of
the divided democratic world. This pressure often isn't
principled. It is difficult for Croatia, as well as for other
smaller countries to support either the American or French-German
standpoint," Tomac said.
He said Croatia supported the standpoints of the European union and
efforts to pass a new resolution in Iraq.
