Kosovo MPs on February 13 will not debate a draft declaration on the
independence of Kosovo, because the presidency believes that wider
consultations should be held on the subject.
Bajram Kosumi, a representative of the Alliance for the Future of
Kosovo, which initiated the adoption of the draft declaration on
the province's independence, walked out of the presidency session.
He said that failing to add the issue on the agenda was contrary to
the Kosovo parliament rule book.
