ZAGREB, Feb 11 (Hina) - The number of tourists in Croatian nautical ports in 2002 amounted to 626,000, which is eight percent more than in 2001, the Central Bureau of Statistics said on Tuesday.

ports in 2002 amounted to 626,000, which is eight percent more than

The number of overnight stays in the ports also rose by eight
percent reaching 887,200.
There were 598,600 or seven percent more foreign tourist who
realised 847,000 overnight stays.
The number of domestic tourists increased by 33 percent in relation
to 2001 reaching 40,200. The number of overnight stays realised by
domestic tourists increased by 25 percent.
