elect a new president at the repeat ballot held on Sunday,

governmental organisation said. #L#
By 2 p.m. 24.5 percent of citizens had gone to the polls, which is
only one percent more than six weeks ago, said the Centre.
The current electoral law says that a majority vote is required for
the ballot to succeed.
Eighty-three of a total of 1,102 polling stations were not opened
this morning due to their inaccessibility and snow, the state
election commission said.
If the election succeeds, the incumbent president of the
Montenegrin parliament and acting head of state, Filip Vujanovic of
the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists, looks like the likeliest
winner.
