SLAVONSKI BROD, Feb 4 (Hina) - Representatives of Djuro Djakovic Holding and France's Saint Jean Industries signed in Slavonski Brod on Tuesday a contract on the sale of a manufacturing plant where the French company will organise the
production of aluminium castings for the international automobile industry.

French company will organise the production of aluminium castings

The contract marks the start of investments by the French producer
into the Djuro Djakovic Free Zone. The investment, which along with
the purchase and reconstruction of the unit also includes the
transfer of modern technology and the creation of 130 new jobs by
the end of this year, totals some 10 million euros. This is the first
foreign investment into the Djuro Djakovic Free Zone.
