Suker thanked for the assistance the Austrian government has been giving Croatia and acquainted the delegation with the government's preparations for membership in the European Union.
Finz said that Austria supported Croatia's membership in the EU, adding that he hoped the country would soon get a date for the start of entry talks. Austria will continue to offer its knowledge acquired through its decade-long EU membership, he said.
The two sides exchanged information with regard to border control and organisation of border services, stating that the cooperation between their customs services was very good.
