ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - Representatives of the Bosnian parliamentary Defence and National Security Committee and the Croatian parliamentary Home Affairs and National Security Committee held talks in Zagreb on Monday.

The talks revolved around legal solutions in the two countries regulating the work of security services and their supervision.

"We have been informed of Bosnia's solutions. We can learn something new from every parliament," the Croatian committee's head, Ivan Jarnjak, said after the meeting.

The Bosnian committee's head, Bosko Siljegovic, said the Croatian experience was useful as Croatia had made progress in the adoption of pertinent legislation and projects important in the bid to join NATO and the European Union.

The Bosnian delegation was also received by Sabor Speaker Vladimir Seks, who spoke about the importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation, according to a press release issued by the Croatian parliament.

Later in the day, the delegation will meet for talks with the head of the Council for Civilian Supervision of Secret Services, Vlatko Cvrtila, as well as with Kresimir Cosic, the head of Sabor's delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

On Tuesday, Croatian Defence Minister Berislav Roncevic will receive the Bosnian guests. They are expected to discuss reform in the defence sector and engagement in peace missions.
