She was speaking at a session of the Government's Human Rights Commission which was held on the occasion of International Human Rights Day.
Two promotional videos were presented at the session -- "Tolerance Means Life" and "Let's Stop Human Trafficking".
Speaking about the national human rights protection and promotion programme the Government defined yesterday, Kosor said this document identified 17 priority areas in the protection of human rights.
Kosor said the family's right to know the truth about its members was a fundamental human right. She underlined that the number of people captured or gone missing during the 1990s war had been reduced to 1,174.
Kosor said an initiative would be launched to appoint an ombudsman for the disabled.
