Vrhovnik sent an open letter to Parliament President Vladimir Seks, saying that members of Parliament "abused the floor" and "said untruths" about him, and announcing that he would seek legal protection.
"I was appalled by a pack of lies and insults that some of the members of Parliament hurled at me. On the other hand, neither you nor other chairs of the session did nothing to prevent them from damaging my dignity and my human rights before the public. (...) I have never been convicted in my whole life nor have I ever been the subject of a court investigation," the letter said.
Vrhovnik asked Seks to send him an audio recording or a transcript of today's session to use it as evidence in court.
