ZAGREB, Sept 22 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament resumed its 10thsession on Wednesday with a discussion on bills of amendments to thelaw on leasing business facilities, under which entrepreneurs would beable to automatically extend
the lease on business premises owned bystate, counties, cities and municipalities.
ZAGREB, Sept 22 (Hina) - The Croatian Parliament resumed its 10th
session on Wednesday with a discussion on bills of amendments to the law on
leasing business facilities, under which entrepreneurs would be able to
automatically extend the lease on business premises owned by state, counties,
cities and municipalities.The amendments were moved by the Democratic Centre (DC) and the club of
deputies from the ranks of the Croatian People's Party and the Primorje-Gorski
Kotar Alliance (HNS-PGS).
The government gave the green light to the DC's motion.
Before the sitting, activists of the Civil Initiative from Stubicka
Slatina were handing out leaflets to deputies, protesting against the
construction of a centre for asylum seekers in Stubicka Slatina and demanding
that the issue be discussed in parliament.
