The meeting, which pooled representatives of the Contact Group member-countries, the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), and Kosovo and Serbian government officials, was organised by the US Office in Pristina.
According to the Kosovo electronic media, the meeting will discuss three plans on government decentralisation, one put forward by the Council of Europe plan, one drawn up together by the UNMIK and the local authorities, and one proposed by the government in Belgrade.
The participants will be acquainted with the proposed plans, but no decisions will be made.
