PRISTINA, Sept 24 (Hina) - NATO will continue to work on thestrengthening of peace and security in Kosovo, the commander of NATO'ssouth sector, Admiral Gregory Johnson, said in Pristina on Friday andadded that all citizens of Kosovo
were responsible for the security inthe province.
PRISTINA, Sept 24 (Hina) - NATO will continue to work on the
strengthening of peace and security in Kosovo, the commander of NATO's south
sector, Admiral Gregory Johnson, said in Pristina on Friday and added that all
citizens of Kosovo were responsible for the security in the province.Johnson, whose term will soon end, was received by Kosovo President
Ibrahim Rugova. Rugova awarded the highest Kosovo decoration to Johnson for his
contribution to the development of the province.
Rugova told reporters he informed the NATO official of successful
preparations for the parliamentary elections scheduled for October 23.
