BELGRADE, Jan 11 (Hina) - ICTY indictee and president of the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) Slobodan Milosevic will not be a representative in the new Serbian parliament, the party decided on Saturday and the Belgrade-based news
agency Beta reported on Sunday.

Milosevic will not be on the list of MPs even though he had requested
of the party leadership to include him in parliament, Beta reported.
Bogoljub Bjelica and other members of the Freedom association which
is helping Milosevic's defence before the UN war crimes tribunal at
The Hague will also be excluded from the list of MPs.
At the December 28 extraordinary parliamentary elections, the SPS won
21 of a total of 250 seats in parliament.
