The programme was signed in line with a cultural cooperation agreement the Croatian and Russian governments signed in 1998.
Before the signing, Biskupic said the cultural and historical links between the Croatian and Russian peoples were centuries-long. He added the two countries enjoyed very good cultural cooperation and had good political and economic relations.
Ambassador Konarovsky said the programme would intensify the cultural and historic links between the two peoples.
