Croatian actress Zrinka Cvitesic captured the best actress award for her role in the film "Sto je muskarac bez brkova? (What Is a Man without a Moustache?)", while Peter Musevski took the best actor award for his part in the Slovene film "Delo osvobaja (Work Liberates)". Cvitesic and Musevski went away with a prize of 2,500 euros each.
The special film award and a prize of 10,000 euros went to "Kukumi", a film by Isa Qosja of Kosovo. The Hungarian film "Before Dawn" by Balint Lenyeres won the best short film award and a prize of 3,000 euros.
