Speaking on Montenegrin state radio on Wednesday, Vujanovic said that after the second compensation, there would be no more outstanding issues between Croatia and Montenegro.
Vujanovic said Montenegro's decision to compensate to Croatia part of the damage which Montenegrin citizens, wearing Yugoslav People's Army uniforms, caused in the Dubrovnik region during the war was a good investment in the future.
Vujanovic said the compensation was in the service of understanding and good neighbourly relations and that it did not prejudge the payment of war damages to Croatia.
"The war damage is for international institutions and Montenegro's position on this issue will be based on their decision."
