ZAGREB, May 5 (Hina) - Argentina, Uruguay and Chile firmly support
Croatia in its efforts to reintegrate the UNPAs by peaceful means,
Foreign Minister told a news conference upon return from a several-
day visit to these countries.
He told reporters that he had conducted talks at all levels,
including meetings with the Chilean President Eduardo Frey and
Argentinean President Carlos Menem.
"Economic cooperation with these countries is at the very
beginning," said Minister Granic expressing his hopes that in next
two months agreements would be signed with them on "investment
protection, and lifting double taxation, as well as on marine
traffic."
Argentinean President invited Croatian President Tudjman to
visit Argentina, whereas Chilean President accepted President
Tudjman's invitation to visit Croatia, said Minister Granic at the
end of today's press-conference.
