ZAGREB, April 13 (Hina) - Representatives of Croatia's and "Federal
Republic of Yugoslavia"'s working groups for detained and missing
persons met today in Zagreb. The meeting was attended by Croatian
Vice Prime Minister Ivica Kostovic and by International Red Cross
representatives.
Croatian side's list contained 2,850 persons searched for,
Kostovic said, stressing this list complied with the ICRC's one.
The Serbian side has been searching for 934 persons.
Speaking of previous meeting, held February 15 in Belgrade,
Kostovic described it as successful only in pure technical
cooperation terms. But not one particular case was yet solved.
The head of ICRC mission in Belgrade, Francois Bellon,
welcomed the fact that ICRC was taking part in the meeting for the
first time after a dismissal of a joint Commission for missing
persons, in February 1994.
The working groups were to meet tomorrow again to sign a
minutes for further actions.
