RIJEKA, March 29 (Hina) - A search operation for two boats,
reported missing in the north Adriatic since yesterday, started
today, the port authorities of Rijeka said.
The boats were sailboat "Sonja", owned by a presumed German
citizen, and a boat with licence plate SL25 owned by Celestin
Smiljcic who had sailed off Premuda, north Adriatic. "Sonja" had
six persons on board when leaving the port of Pula, on March 27,
bound to the island of Losinj.
The search operation includes an air support, when allowed
by weather.
