SARAJEVO, Oct 22 (Hina) - All three Bosnia-Herzegovina's Presidency
members, Alija Izetbegovic, Kresimir Zubak and Momcilo Krajisnik,
met officially for the first time, following the September
elections, in Sarajevo on Tuesday.
The meeting, that commenced before 04:00 p.m., was stewarded
by the international High Representative Carl Bildt for the
implementation of the Bosnia peace accords.
At the National Museum, where the meeting was convened, it was
Croat Kresimir Zubak who arrived first. After that, Serb Momcilo
Krajisnik came from the U.S. Embassy in a column of Bildt's
office's cars. Moslem Izetbegovic arrived at the meeting last.
Krajisnik was being expected to sign a solemn statement of
loyalty.
Present at the meeting were Bildt, his deputies and many
members of the Diplomatic Corps.
The meeting is being held under a cloak of security. The
Museum's facilities are surrounded by Italian IFOR soldiers and
local police.
