Owen decided concerning the status of Brcko.
After Rome, Kornblum will visit Sarajevo, where he is to
meet officials of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He will then visit Pale and talk with Bosnian Serb
leaders.
Burns reiterated that the Dayton agreement obliges all
sides in Bosnia to respect the decision of the arbitration
commission.
The U.S. Assistant Secretary of State in charge of human
rights, John Shattuck, would visit the region soon, Burns
added.
