the Croatian Journalists' Associationin Zagreb on Monday evening.
ZAGREB, March 13 (Hina) - The book "Osnove nacionalne sigurnosti
Republike Hrvatske" (The Foundations of National Security in the Republic of
Croatia, unofficial translation) by Mirko Bilandzic and Sinisa Tatalovic was
launched at the Croatian Journalists' Association in Zagreb on Monday
evening. The five-section book explains the general terms of
security, national security, international security, and Croatia's national
security. It contains three documents regulating national security - on the
strategy of national security, the strategy of defence and the military
strategy.
Bilandzic, who holds a doctor's degree in political sciences and
teaches at the Zagreb Police Academy, said the book was the first publication
in Croatia on the national security apparatus.
Sinisa Tatalovic is an advisor at the Office of the President and
professor at the Zagreb Faculty of Political Sciences.
