ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) - Croatian Defence Minister Gojko Susak
received Thursday morning State Secretary in the British Foreign
Office Douglas Hogg, who arrived for a one-day visit to Croatia.
Minister Susak told reporters after the talks that Minister Hogg
was particularly interested in Croatian views concerning the UN
Protected Areas in Croatia, and whether the Bosnian Croats would
grant the Moslems access to the Adriatic Sea at Neum. "I reiterated
the official view of the Republic of Croatia," said Minister Susak.
Mr Susak stressed he drew Mr Hogg's attention to the
unsatisfactory behaviour of the UN British Battalion escorting the
humanitarian convoy for Nova Bila.
This morning Minister Hogg was also received by Croatian President
Franjo Tudjman.
