ZAGREB, May 15 (Hina) - Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign
Minister Mate Granic and Defence Minister Gojko Susak received a
German parliamentary member and the German Government's mediator
for establishment and strengthening of the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Christian Schwartz-Schilling, in Zagreb on Monday.
Mr. Schwartz-Schilling was received ahead of his departure for
Mostar along with Contact Group officials and a US mediator, Robert
Owen, where they will talk with the Bosnian Federation's officials
about the issues following the Bonn agreement, the Croatian Foreign
Ministry stated today.
Croatian Ministers and the German representative discussed
the situation in the occupied Croatian areas.
The talks focused on the state of affairs in Bosnia-
Herzegovina and the issues concerning the functioning the Bosnian
Federation as well.
On behalf of the Croatian Government Ministers Granic and
Susak fully supported the mission aimed at removing obstacles in
the establishment of the Bosnian Federation, according to the
statement.
