TUCEPI, May 14 (Hina) - Members of the diplomatic corps accredited
in Croatia spent this week-end visiting the Makarska Riviera in the
company of Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic and Tourism
Minister Niko Bulic.
After a farewell lunch in Tucepi, Slovenian Ambassador Matija
Malesic thanked his hosts for a restful holiday in "one of the most
beautiful part of the Croatian coast."
He voiced his wishes for the peaceful reintegration of the
occupied areas to ensure lasting peace in Croatia.
"I wish you peace and I believe you will achieve it - it's the
best foundation for Croatian tourism," Malesic said.
"At the end of your stay in Dalmatia, I thank you for visiting
one of the most beautiful parts of our beautiful country," Minister
Granic said.
He announced that a similar visit to Slavonia would be
organised in June.
"Your visit to the Croatian coast is also an assurance to
future guests that they they will find peace on the Adriatic coast
and leave it satisfied and rested," Minister Bulic said.
