MOSTAR, 13 Dec (Hina) - The Forum for the Federation of Bosnia- Herzegovina on Friday started a session in Mostar. The session is held behind closed doors under the chairmanship of Michael Steiner, deputy to the high international
representative in Bosnia, Carl Bildt. U.S. Assistant Secretary of State John Kornblum is not attending the session.
MOSTAR, 13 Dec (Hina) - The Forum for the Federation of Bosnia-
Herzegovina on Friday started a session in Mostar. The session is
held behind closed doors under the chairmanship of Michael Steiner,
deputy to the high international representative in Bosnia, Carl
Bildt.
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State John Kornblum is not
attending the session. #L#
Kornblum, who was late for the session due to bad weather, is
expected to arrive in Mostar during the session.
The session is attended by Kresimir Zubak and Ejup Ganic, the
Federation's President and Vice President, Bosnian Premier Hasan
Muratovic, Foreign Minister Jadranko Prlic, Federation's Premier
Izudin Kapetanovic, the President of the Croatian Democratic Union
(HDZ) in Bosnia, Bozo Rajic, European Union representative in
Mostar, Martin Garrod, and Mostar mayor and deputy mayors.
Martin Garrod told a press conference before the beginning of
the session that one of the topics would be the 'occupation' by
Herzeg-Bosnian authorities of the court building which was supposed
to house the city administration headquarters.
Garrod also proposed a discussion on expulsions of Bosniacs
from their flats in west Mostar and sanctions for those
responsible, the financing of the city administration as of 1
January and a statute of six Mostar municipalities.
Participants in the session are expected to hold a press
conference this afternoon.
