The international police force in Bosnia would not accept any
special police units similar to those in Herzeg-Bosnia, Ivanko
said.
It was also unacceptable that part of special police units
were answering directly to the Federation Interior Minister Avdo
Hebib, while part of them were answering to Hebib's deputy Jozo
Leutar.
International police commissioner Peter Fitzgerald today asked
for an urgent meeting with Hebib and Leutar in order to ask that
all special police units be immediately disbanded.
